Just wanted to note that there is rank gain for doing missions at Rank 13. Your rank can go all the way up to 13.99 by doing missions, but it can't go any higher than that without premium promotion.
The promotions to Elite(premium only) Rank 14 can be affected by this, as the tiebreaker for Fitness is decided by rank(i.e. A has Fitness 3000, B has Fitness 3000, but A's rank is 13.99, and B's rank is only 13.03, A gets chosen before B.
